Green Vietnam Kratom Review: Steady Effects for Any Day

Green Vietnam kratom

One of the more unique kratom strains is the Green Vietnam Kratom strain. The reason being is that it is more difficult to cultivate kratom in Vietnam. Known as a more mild green strain, it’s perfect for newbies and those who want something stable enough to get them through the hectic day.

Green Vietnam is a rare and unique green vein strain that hails from Vietnam. Its balanced effects are good for beginners or anyone looking for something relaxing, yet slightly energizing. Those with chronic discomfort, stress, or fatigue can benefit from this kratom strain.

I’ll be telling you everything you need to know about Green Vietnam Kratom. Here we go!

What is Green Vietnam Kratom Used For?

Depending on the kratom strain color, you might be using it for one or more reasons. When it comes to green vein kratom, it’s mostly used as a feel-good strain and as a mild discomfort reliever.

Green Vietnam Kratom is used for those who have discomfort, need a boost in their mood and energy, as well as to relax. I like this strain when I don’t want something too stimulating or too sedating. It’s just about right to keep me going throughout the day.

Here are some of the main and general effects people describe when taking Green Vietnam Kratom.

Green Vietnam Kratom Effects

1. ADEQUATE DISCOMFORT RELIEF

Kratom in general has body discomfort effects. It’s one of the main reasons people in Southeast Asia have chewed on these plants for centuries. That popularity has spread to the U.S. because of its great effects for those who suffer from discomfort relief.

Those with discomfort have said Green Vietnam Kratom has helped make them feel good again. I personally don’t suffer from any serious chronic discomfort, but I do tend to get back and muscle aches that extend throughout my body.

This strain helps alleviate the discomfort and keeps me focused on the task at hand.

 2. SLIGHT STIMULATION TO GET YOU THROUGH THE DAY

Usually, green strains can have more of a red strain feel than a white strain feel. Green Thai Kratom has a nice balance of both. It provides a nice energy boost throughout the day.

Some people have mentioned feeling very relaxed on this strain, but I didn’t think it was enough to make me sleepy. If you want to feel relaxed while still maintaining some energy, Green Vietnam helps you achieve both.

3. FEEL GOOD EUPHORIA

One of my favorite things about green strain is that they tend to give me euphoric effects. It makes me feel very happy, positive, and alive!

I’ve had a few Green Vietnam Kratom users tell me that they get euphoric feelings from a moderate dosage. I personally never felt euphoric with this strain, but it did make me feel good overall.

I think this can mostly be felt if you’re a new kratom user. But, it’s possible you’ll still feel this if you’ve been using kratom for a while as well.

4. HELPS CALM STRESS AND NERVES

Since it has a nice balance of effects, I find that it helps calm my stress and nerves.

I’m a very busy person. I’m sure many of you are as well. From balancing work, my social life, my hobbies, and relationship, it’s a lot to take in. I can get overwhelmed at times.

I always go to kratom for its soothing and calming effects. It’s why I like kratom so much. If you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, give Green Vietnam Kratom a try.

5. ENERGY BOOSTER

Throw away the coffee pot and the endless caffeine runs! Ever since I have started using Green Vietnam kratom, I have stopped going on coffee breaks every other hour.

I’ve also said goodbye to the anxious jitters I experience because Green Vietnam kratom always gives my brain the jumpstart it needs to get it going through the day.

So you feel calm but ready to take on anything any day. All wins, right?

Where is Green Vietnam Kratom Harvested?

As the name says, Green Vietnam Kratom is originally harvested in the Southeast Asian country of Vietnam. Most notably, this strain is so unique and rare because it grows along the Mekong River.

The location makes it a little more difficult for kratom farmers to pick and grow the kratom leaves here. Thus, they work hard at providing us with such an exotic strain.

Because of the tropical environment and rich soil, the alkaloid content has been noted to be much higher and richer in Green Vietnam Kratom than a lot of the other kratom strains.

The effects of this strain are potent enough to provide some discomfort relief, relaxation, and even energy.

How Much Green Vietnam Kratom Should I Take?

This is always a question that comes to mind when taking any kratom strain. How much should you take?

Well, there’s no exact dosage for anyone to take. It’s not like over-the-counter medication that typically makes you take the same amount as everyone else. Kratom is unique, just like the one consuming it.

I want to quickly mention that it takes a little bit of experimentation to find what works for you and your needs. But, based on average effects and potency, I can recommend a general dosage amount to help give you an idea.

Beginners are always suggested to start with 1.5-2.5 grams of Green Vietnam Kratom. Then, feel free to add 0.5 – 1 grams the next time you take Green Vietnam again. Be patient, you’ll find what works.

As for me, I like to take around 4.5-5 grams of Green Vietnam Kratom. I find that it’s mild enough for me to take more than other, more potent strains.

Green Vietnam Kratom Dosage

Beginner/Mild: 1.5-2.5 grams

Moderate Effects: 3-5.5 grams

Strong Effects: 6-8.5 grams

Very Strong Effects: 8.5+ grams

Forms of Kratom

Some people can take their kratom raw, chewing them as leaves or sometimes mixing them in their food. Others choose to take kratom as a powder. However, some people prefer to make them into tea.

What to Watch Out for in Using Kratom

Kratom is known to have some debilitating effects. But apart from experiencing common side effects,

●      Kratom Dehydration. When you take kratom, you might experience dehydration if you don’t take the needed amount of water per day. Loss of fluids is heightened by substances like kratom. Some of the symptoms include dry skin, increased thirst, constipation, nausea, headaches, lessened urination and tear production, dry mouth, and fatigue. If left neglected, it may cause fatal complications such as heat stroke, low blood volume, kidney failure, and comatose.

●      Kratom Hangover. Kratom can give hangovers too, but they are very unlike what alcohol hangovers give you. Intaking too much kratom can cause side effects that can be experienced until the following day. These effects include dizziness, vomiting, nausea, tiredness, dry mouth, and headaches. In order to cure it, you must hydrate and avoid consuming more kratom. Eating light meals helps as well and taking cold showers and exercising in order to feel better.

Green Vietnam Kratom on Reddit

When it comes to kratom reviews, there’s nothing like going on good ole’ reddit for personal thoughts and opinions on kratom strains.

I spend lots of time checking out reddit threads on kratom. I like how honest some of the kratom users can be. Let’s face it, kratom is very complex. No one batch gives the exact same effects and potency to everyone who tries it.

But, generally, the strains can have similar effects on its users. Here’s what I found on Reddit for Green Vietnam Kratom.

“I’ve been using Green Vietnam for about 3 months. It’s usually my go-to Green when I need to purchase one. Honestly it does not affect my sleep but that is me personally. My shipment comes in tomorrow and for the past 4-5 days I’ve been taking it just on its own with no problem.” -Water8211

“I thought my GV would be similar to my Greeń Malay but it’s much closer to my GMD.” -herniatedhermit

“Vietnam strain I tried multiple times and it consistently lasted longer and was more euphoric than most other strains I tried. Not sure why but it was enough to be quite noticeable.” -Hyacinthe-Macias

Green Vietnam Kratom Vs Maeng Da

So, should you go for the Green Vietnam Kratom strain or the Green Maeng Da strain. Well, it’s really going to depend on your personal preference and what you can handle.

From my personal experience, I find that Green Maeng Da gives me euphoria and is more potent and stimulating than the Green Vietnam.

That doesn’t mean Green Vietnam isn’t good. It has similar effects to the Green Maeng Da strain. I think it’s a much better strain to start with or if you want a green strain that’s somewhere in the middle. Although it can be slightly stimulating, others have mentioned that they too find it isn’t as strong as the Maeng Da.

Still conflicted? I recommend getting a small batch of both. Try them out for a few days and see what you like.

Kratom vs. CBD

Kratom has also been talked about in terms of being compared to CBD. This is because both of them are known to cause relaxation and productivity. Since both of them come from plants, they share a few similarities.

Kratom is a herbal supplement that originates from Mitragyna speciosa while CBD comes from the cannabis plant. However, kratom is not FDA-approved the way that CBD is.

Where to Buy Green Vietnam Kratom

Since Green Vietnam Kratom is a pretty rare strain, some vendors will sell a knock-off version of the unique strain.

You might feel bad knowing you spent tons of money on a really bad batch. Well, you don’t have to buy kratom from a sketchy vendor. You don’t even have to leave your home. Online shops like Kratom Krush off Green Vietnam for a price you can’t find anywhere else.

Finding reputable vendors who really care about their customers are hard to find. Shop wisely and remember to have fun branching out and trying new strains such as Green Vietnam Kratom.
