How to Relieve Pain with Red Borneo Kratom: Step by Step

If you’re looking for a natural, effective way to treat your chronic pain, look no further. Red Borneo Kratom is used for its pain relief benefits by thousands of people around the world.

Red Borneo is an excellent kratom strain for strong pain relief. It’s high alkaloid level, 7-hydroximitragynine, produces potent analgesic and relaxation effects without inhibiting energy and focus. Hence, why it’s a great choice for daytime use.

I understand how confusing it may be to get started with Kratom. There’s various forms of consumption, and the size of the dosage will directly affect the strength of the pain relief.

However, theres no need to panic. I will guide you step-by-step in the process of choosing your preferred method and finding your perfect dose. After this article you will know exactly what to do to get the most out of Red Borneo.

When to Use Red Borneo Kratom

I highly suggest you use Red Borneo only when you are experiencing pain because developing a tolerance for kratom can occur faster than you think. If you’re using kratom everyday, especially twice a day, you WILL develop a tolerance and the effects will be less potent.

It’s my unwinding time after a busy day and it helps me sleep a bit, with aiding in the daily aches and pains that follow a hard days work.

However, if you feel suffer from chronic pain and need to use Red Borneo on a daily basis, theres a few things you can do to maintain an adequate tolerance level.

  1. Use Red Borneo everyday until you notice your tolerance level has increased then take a break from kratom for a month.
  2. Alternate between strains every week. I highly suggest Red Bali. Red Bali also great for pain relief and one of the most potent red strains on the market.
  3. Switch your method of consumption. This will only work if you switch to a method that absorbs kratom faster. For example, when I switched from kratom capsules to the toss and wash method (using the same dosage) I experienced stronger effects. (More on methods in the next section).

Essentially, the less you use Red Borneo, the more effective it will be. This holds true for basically any kratom strain. Now, let’s explore which method of consumption is best for you.

Best Way to Consume Red Borneo for YOU

There are various ways to consume Red Borneo, or kratom in general for that matter) but some methods tend to produce stronger euphoric effects than others. The reason why certain forms of consumptions produce stronger euphorias is due to the speed at which your stomach breaks down and absorbs kratom.

However, all forms of consumption will produce about 3-5 hours of pain relief, regardless of how strong of a euphoria you experience.

We are going to focus on the three most common forms of consumption:

  1. Kratom Tea
  2. Kratom Capsules
  3. Toss and Wash

Each method has its pros and cons. Let’s go over each one so you can decide which one is best for you and your lifestyle.

Red Borneo Method of Consumptions

Kratom Tea

Many people claim that kratom has a very similar scent and taste as Matcha. If you’ve never had Matcha, kratom has an earthy, dry, and VERY bitter flavor. Hence, why many people prefer capsules over tea.

However, adding lemon, honey, and many sweetened milk products can reduce the bitterness of kratom tea. Luckily, Red Borneo is on the lower end of the bitterness scale.

It takes a little bit of time and patience to make a Red Borneo tea, but if drinking teas is your thing, here is how you can prepare it.

  • boil 2-4 cups of water
  • pour the Red Borneo powder directly into your cup
  • stir viciously (kratom does not mix well)
  • optional: add your favorite sweetener

Simple and effective, but because many of us are rushing through the day and scrambling to complete our daily tasks, tea is not the ideal form of consumption. Also, tea produces the weakest euphoric effects because you’re taking your time sipping a beverage.

You should begin to feel pain relief within 15 minutes and the full force of the euphoria in about 30 minutes to one hour.

Kratom Capsules

If time and conveniency is your priority, Red Borneo capsules are the way to go. You can avoid the messy powder, accidental spills, and bitter taste.

Capsules are encapsulated in a vegetable cellulose, pharmaceutical grade capsule. The only downside is the amount of time it takes for you stomach to break them down.

You should begin to feel the initial pain relief in roughly 30 to 45 minutes and about one hour to experience the euphoric feeling.

From my personal experience, capsules produce the second strongest euphoric effects, with the toss and wash method coming in first.

Toss and Wash

If you want to experience the full force of Red Borneo in one Mike Tyson punch, I would highly suggest the toss and wash. The reason for its strength is due to your body’s quick absorption rate.

The idea is to take a spoonful of Red Borneo, drink water, and swallow. The downside however, is the extreme bitter taste of having your entire dose in your mouth at one time. Hence, why many people shy away from this method.

Before you start swallowing spoonfuls of Red Borneo, let me quickly guide you through the process because there are a couple of tips you should know.

  1. Fill a spoon with your proper dose of Red Borneo (more on dose in the next section)
  2. Take the spoonful of powder but don’t swallow
  3. Take a big chug of water (preferably cold it slightly decreases the bitter taste)
  4. Make sure NOT to let air in your mouth as you’re drinking water or you will have a cough attack
  5. Swirl the water and Red Borneo in your mouth until it’s mixed well enough to swallow
  6. Swallow

Yes, it’s perfectly fine to make the same face you normally make when taking a shot of Vodka. But once the pain relief and euphoria kicks in you’re going. to wish you had tried this method long ago.

With the toss and wash method, it takes about 15 minutes to experience pain relief and roughly 30 to 45 minutes to feel the euphoria.

Finding the Perfect Red Borneo Dosage

By now you’re probably wondering what the perfect dose is. Unfortunately, I can’t answer that question because everyones’ body is completely different and will therefore react differently to a certain amount of Red Borneo.

Factors such as,

  • Weight
  • Gender
  • Metabolism
  • Tolerance
  • Food in your system

Will directly affect your experience. What I can do however, is guide you through the process of finding the best dose for you, so let’s get to it.

Now that you’ve chosen your preferred method of consumption, make sure to stick to it for the rest of this process and until you achieve your desired effects.

Use the table below as a starting point for your weight. These starting points are very low doses for the recommended weight. We’re going to work our way up on a daily basis until you hit your target amount.

Red Borneo Starting Point for Beginners

When trying to find the right dose, its better to use Red Borneo only once a day. If you increase the dose within the same day it”ll produce weaker effects had you waited until the next day. Hence, you won’t know your true dose.

Once you find your ideal dose, it’s up to you if you want to use Red Borneo twice a day, but I still highly advice against it because you will develop a tolerance much more quickly

Okay, here we go.

Day 1: Take your recommended starting dose on at least a half empty stomach (preferably completely empty). If you don’t feel any pain relief move onto Day 2.

Day 2: Add one more gram to your recommended starting dose and consume again on at least a half empty stomach. If you felt pain relief you have two choices.

Continue adding 1 gram every day and stop when you obtain your desired pain relief and euphoria OR settle with the current amount as your ideal dose. Let’s pretend you moved onto day 3.

Day 3: You’ve now added 2 grams to your recommended starting dose. You take this amount and experienced a subtle nauseous headache. This is your body’s way of saying you over did it.

From now on take one gram less than day 3. This will be your ideal dose. Keep in mind you will begin to build a tolerance. However, if you follow my tips mentioned at the beginning of the article your tolerance build up should be very gradual.

After a few weeks or months, if you feel like the pain relief has become less effective when taking your ideal dose, it’s safe to add another gram.

By now, you shouldn’t experience a nauseous headache due to your higher tolerance.
