With so much information on the internet, finding the right Red Bali dose to help you sleep can be a bit confusing. Fortunately, I’ve had plenty of experience with various kratom strains, doses, and conducted lots of research to help you find your perfect Red Bali dose for deep sleep.
To induce sleep, it’s better to take a higher dose of Red Bali. For most people, this will comprise of roughly 5 grams or more. However, it’s crucial not to consume too much Red Bali or you may experience negative side effects.
To avoid accidentally taking too much Red Bali, you’ll want to follow the steps mentioned in the next section. This will ensure you find your perfect dose for sleep without experiencing serious negative side effects.
Experimenting for Your Perfect Red Bali Dose
I wish I could tell you the perfect dose to improve your sleep. Unfortunately, there are so many factors that influence the way your body will react to Red Bali that I have no way of providing an exact number.
All of the factors mentioned below directly influence the effects of Red Bali.

However, all hope is not lost. The best way to find the right dose is through careful experimentation. I will guide you step by step until you find the right dose for amazing sleep.
Your Starting Dose
We’re going to use your weight as the primary indicator of your starting point. If you’re a beginner, take a look at the table below and find where you will begin your experiment.
If you’re not a beginner, use your average dose as a starting point.
I’ve also provided an image of tablespoon with 2 grams. If you don’t have a weight scale feel free to gauge your dose using this image.

Day 1: Take your Red Bali starting dose about 2 hours before going to bed. The drowsiness from Red Bali takes a bit longer to take effect than other benefits, such as anxiety relief or pain relief.
If you didn’t feel any type of drowsiness (and you most likely won’t for your first day) move on to day 2.
Day 2: Add a gram to your starting point and take Red Bali 2 hours before going to bed. If you still didn’t feel drowsy, add 1 gram a day until you feel the heavy drowsiness.
However, if you did feel drowsy you have two options. Move onto day 3 to attempt a stronger drowsiness effect or settle for this dose.
Let’s pretend you felt the drowsiness but decided to move to day 3.
Day 3: Add another gram to the dose from day 2. If at any time you felt a slight nauseous headache, this is your body’s way of saying you took too much. There’s no need to panic, the headache will fade in about an hour or less.
If you achieved the sleep you’ve been looking this will be your ideal Red Bali dose. You’re welcomed to increase the dose again on day 4. Always remember, if you experience side effects, reduce your dose to the previous day.
Things to Keep in Mind While Experimenting for Your Ideal Dose
There are a couple of things you may want to keep in mind while experimenting. First and foremost, don’t consume Red Bali twice in the same day.
If you double up, the effects will be much weaker the second time around and it will be much more difficult to find the perfect dose. Stick to using Red Bali once a day until you settle on a dose. Only then can you begin to double up.
However, even after finding your dose for sleep, I still highly recommend only using Red Bali when you actually need it.
The more you consume Red Bali (or any kratom strain) the quicker you will grow your tolerance.
The second thing you want to keep in mind is how you consume Red Bali. Wether you choose to use capsules, kratom tea, or the toss and wash method, it’s crucial you use the same method of consumption throughout your experimentation phase.
If you switch your method of consumption while trying to find your ideal dose you may experience stronger or weaker effects even when using the same dose.
Certain methods of consumption tend to absorb the alkaloids in kratom faster than others and will produce quicker/slower or stronger/weaker results.
There is no superior method of consumption when using Red Bali for sleep. Wether you use kratom tea or capsules, you can expect to feel extremely sleepy and ready for bed within 2 hours and remain in that state for up to 5 hours.
For that reason, I highly advice using Red Bali only at night. Please do not take Red Bali before operating heavy machinery, such as driving.
Can I use Red Bali for anxiety?
Due to its relaxing effects, Red Bali (along with many other red strains) are extremely effective at reducing anxiety, pain, and stress. However, if you want the best of both anxiety AND sleep, I would highly recommend Red Maeng Da because of its mood boosting effects.
