Anxiety doesn’t have to stop you from doing the things you love. With Red Maeng Da, you can easily reduce anxiety and restore your life. Using my experience and research, I can show you exactly how to do just that.
Red Maeng Da is extremely effective for reducing anxiety. It’s high alkaloid concentration relaxes the body and produces mood boosting effects that relieve the mind of negative thoughts. Low doses of Red Maeng Da are recommended for alleviating anxiety.
In order achieve the anxiety relief effect of Red Maeng Da, you’ll want to make sure you’re using the dose that is right for you. Take too little Red Maeng da and you won’t achieve your desired effect. Take too much and you may experience some unwanted side effects.
How to Find the Perfect Red Maeng Da Dose for Anxiety
With so much information on the internet regarding doses, it can be rather confusing to find the right dose for you. At least for me it was. Many sites recommend using a certain dose according to the effects you want to obtain.
However, the issue with recommending universal doses is that everyones body is different and will therefore react to a certain dose differently.
The following factors influence the way you will react to a specific Red Bali dose:

I understand how overwhelming this may feel. However, you have no need to worry. I will personally guide you in the process of finding your perfect dose.
Let’s begin with a very low starting dose then work our way up daily until you’ve achieve the perfect dose. Use the table below to find your recommended starting dose.

Day 1: Take your recommended starting dose. It should take about 15 minutes for you to begin to feel the effects and about 45 minutes for the anxiety relief to be at its peak.
If you didn’t feel any anxiety relief (and you probably won’t because it’s such a low dose) move on to day 2.
Day 2: Add one additional gram to your recommended dose and wait 45 minutes. If you felt anxiety relief, you have two options.
Use this dose as your ideal dose or move on to day 3 to attempt to achieve a stronger anxiety relief effect. Let’s pretend you moved on to day 3.
Day 3: Add two grams to your recommended starting dose and wait 45 minutes. If you felt a strong anxiety relief, you can use this dose as your ideal dose.
If you felt a slight nauseous headache, use the dose from day 2 as your ideal dose. The headache is your body’s way of saying you took too much Red Maeng da and will go away in about one hour or less.
If you felt the anxiety relief and still want to attempt to achieve an even stronger anxiety relief, repeat the process on day 4.
Things to Keep in Mind
There are a couple of things you should keep in mind while experimenting to find your perfect Red Maeng Da dose.
First and foremost, don’t take use kratom twice in the same day. The reason why I advice against doubling up is because the second time you consume Red Meang Da (or any kratom strain) the anxiety relief will be much weaker.
I wish I had a scientific explanation for this but unfortunately I do not. However, I can speak from countless experiences how my evening use of kratom was always significantly less effective than my morning use.
Therefore, you can’t rely on your second daily dose to accurately dictate what your specific dose will be.
Using kratom twice in the same day will quickly increase your tolerance in the long run.
The second thing to keep in mind is not to switch your method of consumption. Some forms of taking kratom produce stronger effects than others even when using the same dose.
If you change the way you use Red Maeng Da you will more than likely experience a stronger or weaker anxiety relief and ultimately, make it much more difficult to determine your perfect dose.
With that in mind, let’s go over the various way to use Red Meang Da and find which method is best for you.
How to Take Red Maeng Da
There are three common ways most people use Red Maeng Da.
- Toss and Wash
If you have the time and patience to make tea, this may be the best way for you to use Red Maeng Da. Unfortunately, the majority of us live in such a fast pace world that making breakfast is hard enough.
Red Maeng Da Tea
Kratom tea is very easy to make. Simply boil 2 cups of water, mix in the Red Maeng Da powder, and stir viciously (kratom powder does not mix very well). You can add lemon or honey to improve the bitter taste.
Many people have claimed that kratom tea taste very similar to Matcha. If you’re a fan of these earthy, dry, and bitter flavors I would highly recommend trying Red Maeng Da tea. There’s something very relaxing about sipping on a cup of tea early in the morning.
Red Maeng Da Capsules
Red Meang Da capsules are another very popular way of consuming kratom. They are extremely convenient. You don’t have to worry about messy powders, accidental spills, or the harsh bitter taste of the toss and wash method.
Kratom capsules are encapsulated in a clear vegatable cellulose, pharmaceutical grade capsule to avoid the absorption of harmful chemicals.
The only downside to capsules is they take a bit longer to feel the initial effects. However, I would consider this method of consumption to be stronger than kratom tea (assuming the same dose is used).
Toss and Wash
This is my favorite way to take Red Maeng Da. It produces the strongest euphorias and the best anxiety relief. Unfortunately, this method is not for the faint at heart.
The toss and wash method can be extremely bitter and harsh but if you can withstand the bitterness you’ll be happy you tried this method when you can’t stop grinning from ear to ear.
Here’s how you can effectively use the toss and wash method:
- Dispense the powder directly into your mouth
- With the powder still in your mouth, take a gulp of water. Make sure not to breath through your mouth as you’re drinking water or you’ll have a cough attack
- Swirl the water and powder in your mouth until it becomes moist enough to swallow.
- Swallow and wait
It should take about 15 minutes to feel the initial anxiety relief and about 45 minutes to experience a euphoric effect.
Some people have reported feelings of an unsettling stomach after the toss and wash method. If you feel you have a sensitive stomach, you may want to refrain from this method.
No matter which method you prefer for consuming Red Maeng Da, the anxiety relief will last about 3 to 5 hours.
The only factor that will determine the length of the anxiety relief is your tolerance. Hence, why I was suggesting you only use kratom once a day or even less frequently if possible.
How to Enhance Red Maeng Da Anxiety Relief
There are a few natural foods and supplements you can use to potentiate the effects of Red Maeng Da. These are especially useful for those of us who already have a high tolerance.
If you’re new to Red Maeng Da, don’t worry about this section for now. Just keep it in mind for future use.
100% Grapefruit Juice: Grapefruit contains enzymes that speed up the metabolism of the alkaloids in kratom, doubling the anxiety relief and euphoria in Red Maeng Da.
Magnesium: Magnesium is a solid mineral supplement that can help lower your kratom tolerance in the long run. It also acts as a natural laxative to counteract the constipating effects of kratom (highly advisable when using the toss and wash method).
